Delivery & Shipping
We deliver across all governorates in Egypt. Delivery times and fees depend on your location and the products in your order.
Delivery Times
- Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days.
- Alexandria & Delta: 3–6 business days.
- Upper Egypt & remote areas: 5–10 business days.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is calculated based on the destination governorate and the specific product. The exact fee will appear at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number via SMS and email.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse and a refund is issued (less round-trip shipping fees).
Return & Warranty Policy
Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with all packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or made-to-order pieces.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (mattresses, intimate decor).
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
Warranty
Most furniture products come with a structural warranty (3–10 years depending on the product). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
